Improve Neonatal Care
Two-thirds of neonatal units in England are understaffed, putting babies at risk. Inova's support will help highlight staffing needs and fund essential training, ensuring every baby gets the care they need. This year alone, 10,000 families will benefit from improved mental health support within neonatal care.
Support Parents
Parents of babies in neonatal care face immense emotional and financial strain, spending an extra £282 every week. Inova's donation will help us provide vital mental health services, financial advice, and support through our Champion programme—reaching 550 families every month.
