Bliss email support service

Our email support service is here to help parents and families of premature and sick babies. Our trained staff are here to listen to your concerns and help you find the information you need.

We understand that the experience of being on a neonatal unit can be incredibly overwhelming and stressful. If you are a parent, grandparent, relative or friend please get in touch with your query or concern.

Email us at any time of the day and we'll get back to you within 3 - 5 working days with information and support to help you through your neonatal journey.

Where else can I find support?

Peer support

Anyone can also access peer support through our online parent messageboard at the Bliss and Netmums forum for parents, families or carers of babies born premature or sick.


The British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) provide a search to help you find a local counsellor or therapist near you.

You may also wish to speak to staff at the hospital where your baby was born to see if they offer a counselling service.

Bliss have some information on a small group of counsellors who have had contact with Bliss. You can contact these counsellors direct for support.
