With your help, we will raise £20,000 during the week, releasing £20,000 of match funding, taking our total to £40,000.
1 in 7 babies born in the UK need specialised care, that’s 90,000 babies born too soon or sick every year. This can leave parents feeling overwhelmed, fearful and isolated.
Your gift today helps us provide trusted information, emotional support and a community that understands—and it powers our work to tackle neonatal inequalities, so every baby gets the best possible start.
Your donation will go twice as far in supporting vulnerable babies born premature or sick, helping to ensure each one receives the best care possible in neonatal units and supporting parents as they navigate this journey.

For one week only, every pound you give to Bliss through Big Give website will have twice the impact. If you give £10 we receive £20; if you give £100 we receive £200!
Thanks to our generous Pledger Inova and Reed Foundation, our amazing Big Give Champion, we have up to the value of our £20,000 match fund. To unlock this, we must raise £20,000 from generous supporters like you.
To ensure your donation is doubled, please contribute directly through our campaign page on the Big Give website. Donations made through other platforms will not be eligible for matched funding.

The Big Give accepts:
Yes, if you are a UK taxpayer, you can opt to add Gift Aid during the donation process. This increases your donation by 25% at no extra cost to you.
Donations made with UK/EU Visa, MasterCard or Donation Funds (bank transfer). 1.5% of the donation amount + 20p + VAT. Donations made with Non-EU/UK Visa or MasterCard or American Express credit cards. 3.2% of the donation amount + 20p + VAT. Find out more about fees on the Big Give fees page.
Your bank statement will show a charge from the Big Give, the organisations processing donations for this campaign.
Your donation will be matched thanks to our generous pledgers and Big Give Champion, effectively doubling your impact.
Once the matched funding pot has run out, donations will still go directly to Bliss’ work, but they won’t be doubled. We recommend donating early to maximise your impact.
Only donations made inside the window of Tuesday 2nd – 9th December 2025 will qualify for matched funding. Donations outside these dates are still appreciated and will go towards supporting our work but will not be doubled.
