How to join:

Register for a charity place

We have now allocated all of our charity places for the 2026 Great North Run

You can still apply and join the wait list for a Charity place.

If you were lucky to get a ballot place, we’d love for you to join Team Bliss. There is no minimum fundraising target, and we will support you every step of the way with your fundraising and training. You will also be invited to join our online group, where you can meet other runners and share tips. Get in touch today by clicking the 'I have my own place' button.

Use your own place

Secured a ballot place with the Race organisers? We'd love you to join #TeamBliss.

You’ll receive the same support and benefits as our charity place runners but there is no minimum fundraising target– just raise as much as you can.

It was an amazing day. People talking to us along the way to share their stories of their premature babies. So proud to have run with my 20 year old beautiful daughter born 10 weeks early.
