Set out Bliss' responsibilities and procedures in relation to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
Outline the procedures that Bliss representatives should follow if they believe a child, young person or vulnerable adult is at risk of abuse or harm.
Provide Bliss representatives with resources needed for reporting a safeguarding concern.
