Choose your challenge, time, and activity!

Join our new challenge event where we are asking you to challenge yourself to get active for 60 minutes a week, or 60 minutes a day.

What's the challenge?

Take 60 for Bliss is a virtual challenge to do 60 minutes a week or 60 minutes a day of exercise in March.

You can choose any activity anywhere and at any time. In the morning before you start your day, on the school run, during your lunch breaks at work or even on holiday – you decide!

Commit to getting active for 20 minutes 3 x a week – that’s 60 minutes a week! Push yourself and take on 60 minutes a day – it’s up to you! Why not take part with friends and family and add your hours together?

Why 60?

More than 1 in 3 parents told Bliss that they travel over 1 hour to and from the hospital to see their baby, with more than half of these parents having to travel by public transport.

Parents can’t choose the time it takes to travel to visit their baby at hospital, but you can choose to ‘Take 60’ minutes of your time to help support more families to be by their babies’ side.

I couldn’t spend as long at the hospital as I wanted to due to time spent travelling... It meant I missed some of my baby’s feed times.
