Read the Bliss supporter promise and find out how we use your details, protect your information and use your donation.

Our promise to you

You are so important to us. You’re the reason we’re able to help so many of the 90,000 babies who need neonatal care each year, and you’re vital to us achieving our goal of reaching every single one.

So we want to keep in touch with you, to let you know when we have a big win thanks to your help and to share the stories of the babies and families you’ve supported. We also want you to know when we need your help and what you can do – but it’s really important to us that you choose how we contact you, that you’re in control, and that you know your information is safe with us.

So here is our promise to you:

  • We promise, if you give us your contact details, we will only send you things we think you are interested in and in the way you wish to hear from us. We will never bombard you, and if you don’t want to hear from us anymore you can tell us and we will listen.
  • We promise to protect your information and that your right to confidentiality will be respected at all times. We will never sell or rent your information to any other organisation to use for their purposes.
  • We promise any donation you make to us will be used as you intend it to be, handled responsibly and put to the best use for the babies we are here to help.

Bliss’ values are trusted, supportive and ambitious and we promise to demonstrate these in all our communications and interactions with you.

If we don’t get it right

If you’re ever unhappy, for any reason, we want to know about it so that we can put things right as soon as possible.
