The festive season is almost here; when families come together to celebrate, reflect on the year gone by or to remember those we’ve sadly lost.
But this Christmas is going to be different. Families will be separated and for some it just won’t be the same festive season we’re used to.
This is especially true for all families with a baby in hospital.
In these challenging times we’ve moved our support to a video-call service for parents across the UK with a baby currently in neonatal care, as well as those recently discharged home. We are also starting to get volunteers back on units where we can – cautiously, and only in hospitals where full parent access has been restored.
Your ongoing support is truly amazing and vital to everything we do to help premature and sick babies. Anything you can spare will mean that another family is supported during this most difficult of times.
