How to engage with parents

Bliss recognises how important it is to ensure parents’ insight and feedback on neonatal care is captured and used to improve services and neonatal research.

We produced our “You said … we did” report, highlighting the need for neonatal units and networks to engage with the parent perspective and offering examples of effective ways that health professionals and families can work in partnership to deliver high quality services with improved outcomes for all.
