The 60 page booklet has been written especially to answer the questions parents might have when they first arrive on the unit. It explains how neonatal care works, what the equipment does, the care their baby might get, and how they can be involved on the unit – as well as ideas for getting more support.
With access to neonatal units currently restricted due to COVID-19, parents with a premature or sick baby are more isolated than ever, and in need of information they can trust and somewhere to turn for emotional support.
Bliss is delighted to be entering into a second year partnership with WaterWipes who will also be helping to raise awareness of neonatal care as part of World Prematurity Day in November.
Following the launch of new Bliss Baby Cards in 2019, these will once again be available to families to help them celebrate all the incredible milestones in their baby’s journey. More details on this to come later in the year.
