The Bliss helpline is a UK wide confidential telephone service that offers a listening ear, emotional support and information to families whose baby is in or has been in neonatal care.

A Bliss Buddy provides peer support, usually by telephone and email to parents with a premature or sick baby. Returning home and making the transition from the neonatal unit is a big step. The Bliss Buddy service puts you in touch with other parents who have had a similar experience. To find our more visit our Bliss Buddy service webpage.

Bliss is a member of Language Line, the telephone interpreter service, which has access to qualified interpreters in over 200 languages. Call the Bliss helpline and provide your name, telephone number and the language you require. We will then call you back with a qualified interpreter in your chosen language, so you can receive the best support.
