The Bliss helpline is a UK wide confidential telephone service that offers a listening ear, emotional support and information to families whose baby is in or has been in neonatal care.
It is open Monday to Friday and our trained volunteers are ready to support you.

The Bliss Buddy scheme is a peer service for families of babies who have been, or are in, neonatal care. Bliss Buddies are parent volunteers who offer telephone and email support. To access this service call the Bliss helpline.

Bliss is a member of Language Line, the telephone interpreter service, which has access to qualified interpreters in over 200 languages. Call the Bliss helpline and provide your name, telephone number and the language you require. We will then call you back with a qualified interpreter in your chosen language, so you can receive the best support.

Next Generation Text (NGT) service is designed to enhance phone calls for users who may be deaf, hearing and or speech impaired. Call 18001 0808 801 0322. You can find out more information about how the NGT service works here
