Event cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation by You

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a Bliss event.

If you cancel your place with more than 30 days’ notice, we will be able to offer you a full refund. In the event of cancelling your place less than 30 days before the event, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

Transferring a Booking

In cases where a refund is not possible, you may send a colleague in your place for no additional charge.

Cancellation by Us

If you have requested an invoice, payment for the course must be made within 30 days of booking. If we do not receive payment within 30 days your place will be cancelled. To ensure prompt payment, we strongly recommend that you seek funding approval from your Trust (or other funding source) before booking your place. Extensions to the payment terms as a result of waiting for funding approval will not be granted.

Bliss may need to cancel an event due to exceptional circumstances. In this event, you will be offered a full and prompt refund. Bliss will be unable to compensate for any costs or expenses incurred by you.
