The Inverness Half Marathon is a smaller but growing event. Home of Nessie, and known for it's Highland hospitality and stunning landscapes, there couldn't be a better place to visit for your first half marathon.
The route will take you along the banks of the River Ness near the centre of Inverness and takes in many of the city’s historic landmarks, finishing at Queens Park Stadium.
There is also a 5k event for anyone looking for a smaller distance to run.
