Caroline Lee-Davey, Chief Executive

Caroline Lee Davey

Caroline joined Bliss as Chief Executive in November 2014. Before that Caroline was the Director of Policy, Advice and Communications at Gingerbread, the single parent charity, where she led on policy and campaigning work as well as overseeing the delivery of multi-channel information and advice services. Caroline was previously Deputy Director of Communications, Policy & Campaigns at housing charity Shelter. Caroline is also a trustee of Crisis, the national charity for single homeless people.

Zoe Chivers, Head of Services

Zoe Chivers

Zoë has worked for Bliss for over five years developing programmes of work and training to support health professionals improve family centred care on neonatal units. She has created the flagship Bliss Baby Charter programme as well as working with neonatal networks in England and Wales to develop their parental engagement, helping to ensure parents are part of the solution for improving services. Her team provides funding for small innovative practice projects and is currently looking to expand their parental engagement with research and sharing best practice. Her previous experience has been in other charities supporting patient empowerment and in the corporate sector.
