We have an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporter care to join the Fundraising Department at Bliss. Our supporters are central to Bliss, without them we simply could not do what we do. This is a key role, championing our supporters and providing an excellent standard of service to build loyalty and long-term support.

Role Summary

This role supports the operations of the Fundraising Department by responding to supporter enquiries, undertaking a range of administrative tasks to ensure a high standard of supporter care and coordinate fulfilment needs, sending thank you letters and welcome packs in a timely manner.

21-28 hours per week

£23,000 FTE

Permanent

Based in London SE1, with agile working policy enabling balance between office and working from home.

Role details

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporter care to develop their supporter care skills in a fast-paced and nurturing environment. They will play a crucial role within the Fundraising Department, and make a real difference to babies born premature or sick and their families.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid experience of providing excellent supporter or customer care, including telephone experience
  • Self-organised with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work on a variety of tasks in a busy environment
