Senior Individual Giving Officer


We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional Individual Giving Officer looking to take their next step in developing their career. We are looking for someone with broad direct marketing experience who is excited about the opportunity to develop and grow the Individual Giving programme at Bliss. One in seven babies is born premature or sick and needing care on a neonatal unit – this isn’t what most parents expect for their baby. Role Summary

This role supports the operations of the Fundraising Department by responding to supporter enquiries, undertaking a range of administrative tasks to ensure a high standard of supporter care and coordinate fulfilment needs, sending thank you letters and welcome packs in a timely manner.


Full time (35hrs per week)

£33k FTE


Based in London SE1, with agile working policy enabling balance between office and working from home.

Role details

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Significant experience in direct marketing and Individual Giving
  • High levels of project management experience
  • High levels of numeracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
