Role Summary

Bliss is an award winning, digital first organisation looking for a Senior Fundraising Operations Officer to play a central role in a supportive and ambitious Fundraising Team.

You will have experience of working with processes and supporters, with a particular emphasis on CRMs and fundraising operations, and will have a passion for delivering excellent supporter care in as efficient way as possible.

The ideal candidate will have experience of creating and managing data and supporter care processes for a fundraising team or similar private sector organisation, and will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Understanding of a variety of fundraising techniques and the key operational needs of each type of fundraising activity
  • Highly computer literate, with experience of fundraising CRMs, Excel, and batch importing data
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet demanding deadlines
  • Willingness to accept responsibility
  • Excellent internal and external relationship management
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving ability
  • Excellent attention to detail
