Information Lead (Content Management)

Are you an experienced writer, content creator and project manager?

Bliss are looking for an organised, proactive and creative Information Lead to play a pivotal part in shaping, creating and driving forward our support information for parents of babies born premature or sick.

You’ll have a digital-first mind-set with experience to match, a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy, and strong skills in turning medical jargon and research into accessible and supportive content for a lay audience. You’ll understand how to involve service users and experts in the development of information.

This post will manage large and small scale projects on key topics important to parents, and it will play a pivotal role in the transition of our information delivery from being print-focused to digital-focused. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves writing, content management, scoping, project planning and management, and creativity.

The role offers a rare opportunity for you to shape an important strategic area of work, whilst also creating the resources you’re planning.

For more details please view the job and person specification.
