Digital Lead (maternity cover)

Role summary

Last year Bliss won the Embracing Digital award for our digital first organisational strategy, and digital transformation across the charity. We’re now looking for a Digital Lead to maintain our digital presence and culture, and to make the best use of technology to increase our efficiency as a small charity.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience of digital project management and a broad range of digital skills and expertise. They will be experienced in using website content management systems and will lead on working with our website agency to develop, maintain and optimise the Bliss website.

They’ll also use their technical expertise to support teams through the process of creating new digital products and services, in line with our strategy. They’ll have a good track record and knowledge of using user research and involvement. We are also looking for someone who is confident supporting staff across the organisation to develop their own digital skills.

This is a very flexible, part-time role, which could be fit around other commitments. This role only requires some office-based work so working remotely or from home on certain days of the week is an option. Please note that this role is fixed term maternity cover.
