There is no registration fee and no set fundraising target. We just ask that you raise as much as you can! Raise £50 and you will recieve a Bliss t-shirt, cycle jersey or running vest depending on what activity you are doing.
Did you know that parents of premature and sick babies travel an average of 27 miles to just see their babies in hospital?
Unbelievably some parents face a round trip of 100 miles or more.
That’s why we’re asking you to take on a 27 mile or 100 mile challenge to raise money for Bliss.
The money you raise will help us to support health professionals in neonatal units to provide family-centred care and campaign for better hospital facilities so that parents can stay closer to their baby.
Parents can’t choose their distance, but you can.
You can complete this distance any way you like, by foot, bike or even space hopper – it’s up to you.
You can complete your miles during September as an individual or a team.
Check out our FAQs page for everything you need to know!
Walk, run, cycle, swim, scooter or do another activity - it can be anything! All we ask is that you cover as many miles as you can. You could mix things up and challenge yourself in as many different ways as possible.
In the morning before you start your day, over a weekend, during your lunch breaks at work or on the school run with the kids – you decide.
You have the whole of September to cover your chosen distance. But you could always challenge yourself to achieve your target in less time, say over the course of a week, or even in a single day.
Check out your progress on our leaderboard and you’ll be able to see how you are making a difference.
