Bliss is looking for a Supporter Engagement Assistant to join the Supporter Engagement Team.
Our supporters are an important part of our strategy to reach every baby born premature or sick and we need your excellent stewardship and administrative skills to deliver a smooth and personalised supporter experience to them.
As our Supporter Engagement Assistant you will manage a range of daily and weekly tasks using our CRM (Alms.net) to ensure we deliver personalised communications and a seamless supporter journey to our supporters. You will process donations and thank supporters using phone, email and post where applicable. You will have an understanding of data protection legislation and how it applies to supporter communications. You will contribute to supporter engagement team meetings.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience of providing administrative support to a busy fundraising team
- Ability to administer donation processes from payment to thanking using a CRM system
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
