Bliss exists to ensure that every baby born premature or sick in the UK has the best chance of survival and quality of life.
We are looking for a Project Officer to join our Healthcare Engagement team and support us to roll out our flagship programme, the Bliss Baby Charter. The Bliss Baby Charter supports neonatal healthcare professionals to improve parental involvement in their baby’s care, known as family-centred care.
The Project Officer will develop and promote our Bliss Baby Charter and will work directly with neonatal healthcare professionals across the UK to support them through the programme. They will coordinate and deliver training events, promote successes and best practice, manage our Volunteer Assessors and support at a range of conferences and events.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in gaining experience working with key stakeholders within the NHS and influencing change on a national scale. You will develop your project management skills and have the chance to make positive changes to the 95,000 babies born premature or sick each year in the UK.
