Giving through your pay
Payroll giving is a great way to donate to Bliss. As your donation is made before any tax deductions, it means that it’s a really tax-efficient way of giving. For example, if you want to give a regular gift of £10, only £8 will be deducted from your salary each month.
Giving through your pay also means that we are receiving a regular gift which allows us to plan our work most effectively, to ensure we help as many special care babies and their families as possible.
It’s very easy. Simply complete the online form and this comes through to us. We make sure that your company operates a scheme that allows you to give to us straight from your pay and we notify your payroll department that you would like to set up a regular donation to us in this way.
If you prefer to speak directly to your employer, please print a copy of the online form (above) and give this to your payroll department. If your employer does not have a scheme in place, how about asking them to set one up? Just direct them to the Institute of Fundraising payroll giving section for information on how to do this or you can call the Workplace Giving helpline on 020 8381 2479.
