Bliss, the leading UK charity working to ensure that every baby born premature or sick has the best chance of survival and quality of life, has an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to join our Operations Team as Bliss’ standalone HR resource. This is a part-time, flexible role available between 21 and 28 hours per week.
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Operations, you will deal with all aspects of HR – from recruitment and record keeping to advising Senior Management and staff, as well as supporting training and development. This is an opportunity to consolidate the breadth of your knowledge and experience of HR theory and practice and apply this within a flexible and friendly environment.
Experience of delivering a broad range of HR services is essential; the role would particularly suit someone with the confidence and drive to deliver a standalone position.
