A big thank you to the staff of AIG Europe Ltd, who were the top fundraisers having raised £3,045 for Bliss by abseiling down the 550ft tall Broadgate Tower - one of the tallest buildings in the City of London. Here they are being awarded their prize of a tablet from IT Techonologies
Yvonne McCormack, Head of Corporate and New Business, had two premature babies and did a great job of rallying everyone together and entering a team of five.
On the day we had 19 teams who raised over £50,000. This was a great success and will help us in achieving our mission of providing the best possible care and support for premature and sick babies and their families.
Bliss exists to ensure that all babies born too soon, too small or too sick in the UK have the best possible chance of survival and of reaching their full potential.
We provide support for parents and families, we work with doctors and nurses to improve levels of care and we campaign to ensure the needs of babies and their families are always heard.
