Bliss partners with Netmums

27 March 2015

We are very excited to announce that on 20 April 2015 the Bliss messageboard will be transferring to Netmums as part of a new co-branded partnership between Netmums and Bliss. Netmums is the UK’s fastest growing online parenting organisation, with over 1.7 million members and eight million unique users each month.

Netmums offers a wealth of information covering all aspects of pregnancy, parenting and beyond. Not only will you have access to all of the support you’re used to on the Bliss messageboard, you will also have access to a new and much larger community of parents. At the heart of the site is the Netmums coffeehouse, which provides a place where members can chat, find local support, and get advice on a wide range of topics. The coffeehouse is fully interactive with the main site.

The Bliss messageboard will transfer to Netmums and our forums will be part of the Premature and SCBU babies forum. As well as all the support and services Bliss will continue to provide you with, the Netmums coffeehouse benefits include private messaging, anonymous posting, access to a wealth of information and an active network of parents offering local and national support for any stage of the journey.

Bliss will have a strong presence on the Netmums site by providing information for families with premature and sick babies. We will also be hosting Q and A sessions throughout the year on a range of topics.

However, we will not be able to transfer the current message board posts to the Netmums site. We’re writing now as we wanted to give you enough notice, so that you can save any conversations or useful information before the transfer on 20 April. Please contact us if you have any problems doing this and we will be happy to help.

We also wanted to reassure you that the wealth of valuable information that you have shared  on the current messageboard will not be lost. Bliss will still have access to this and will document the most useful information, to share with families requiring support.

In the meantime, we would encourage you to continue posting and supporting each other on the Bliss messageboard and register with the Netmums site, in preparation for the transfer. You can access the site at

We will provide you with more information on the Bliss messageboard in the next few days and keep you up to date with exciting news about the launch.

If you have any questions about this partnership, please don’t hesitate to get in touch by emailing us at
