For the past five years Bliss has produced a report looking into the issues surrounding neonatal care in the UK.

We are currently gathering information for this year's report and this is your last chance to take part. We need your responses by Tuesday 7 September so this really is your last chance to tell us what you think. We would like as many mums and dads from all four corners of the UK to tell us about their experiences of neonatal care in this survey. It has 30 questions and will take a maximum of 15 minutes. Plus, if you wouldn’t mind us calling you or meeting with you for more information please let us know at the end of the survey and you could feature in our 2010 Baby Report and attend its launch in the House of Commons.
